An amazing story that grabs you from at the beginning and won't let you go until you've read the final page. Well-written with characters the author allows you to feel their emotions. Looking forward to the next book in this series.I volunteered to review an advanced readers copy of this book.

I really enjoyed this book. It is a continuation of the Tarot Series, but it can be read as a stand-alone.
Paris has to get an ex-boyfriend’s car back from LA to Boston so she decides to drive it back with a friend. She arrives in LA to find that her friend can’t make the trip with her. However, the friend suggests Caleb make the trip with her. He is due in New York to do a photoshoot in a few days. Paris had decided that she was taking a mancation so she wasn’t sure that she wanted to take a road trip with Caleb.
They set off and Paris discovers she is travelling with a famous ex-movie star. They adopt a large newfoundland on the trip, then have to deal with Caleb’s fans and Paris’s abusive step-father.
This story was a nice read with a reasonable amount of depth to the story.

understand what is going on each book seems
like it is a stand alone.
Right from the start of this book I couldn't put it down
definitely a real enjoyable read that hooks you and keeps
you hooked to the last page.
This is another captivating read from Melissa Belle. The heroine, Paris Sorelli, finds the hero, Caleb Walker, as substitute shotgun driver when her friend Jade cancels on her. This cross country drive gives them time to sort out their issues and fall in love. One-click a copy and go on the road trip with Paris and Caleb.

Well, I guess I'm in the minority with this book. Who Rides Shotgun is Paris Sorelli's story, where she ends up driving her ex boyfriends BMW from LA to New York because he threatens her with reporting the car stolen after letting her drive the car for 3 years. Paris's friend Jade is supposed to drive back with her cross country, but at the last minute needs to cancel on her, which then puts Caleb Walker in the front seat with her so he can get to New York for a photography job. First off, I absolutely loved Finding Joy Street, so when I was given the great opportunity to review this book, I was really excited about it. But, I quickly found that Paris was just plain weird in this book, which was a sharp contrast to Finding Joy Street.
Didn't like the Fung Shuie aspect at all, just plain weird. The whole trailer park thing was bizarre, along with the rabbit. Survivor was cute, but honestly, the two characters changed their minds about their issues faster that turning the next page! I mean who compares their ex to the person they are currently sleeping with in the middle of sex! I really wanted to like this book, but was deeply disappointed, found myself jumping ahead because the story was just bad. Hoping the next installment is much better, will definitely read other books from this author, just not this one.....

After reading the first 2 books I didn't know what to expect but I knew it would be good. I wasn't disappointed at all. It's totally different from the last book but is great in its own right, you still get the over lap of characters coming through which I loved and I think it helps with a series knowing the characters and having them in the background of every book seeing them grow in everything they do and learning new things about them.
Melissa still touches on delicate subjects but is very careful about how she writes things and how it comes across.
I really liked Paris in the last book and I'm glad you get chance to know her better in this book where you see her at her most vulnerable whilst learning how she made bad choices with men and why her heart is so guarded.
I loved the fact that it was based on a cross country drive with an unexpected shotgun driver.
Yet another book I couldn't put down once I started it, one page turned to a chapter which then turned out to be the whole book.
You just get caught up in everything about it. Melissa has such a great way of writing which captures your imagination and you start to imagine what the characters look like and sound like. In parts I wanted to give both Paris and Caleb a shake and in others I wanted to hug them and comfort them as if they were good friends.
Paris is a beautiful young woman that lacks in confidence from being hurt so much in the past and Caleb is terrified of his past catching up with him. Both have to face it head on before they can move on, both bring out the best of each other helping each other along the way on each stage of this road trip.
I loved that this book was so different to the last because it shows you the variation of writing styles that Melissa has, just how talented Melissa is and what an imagination. I can't wait for the next in this series to see how Melissa works her magic with that book and find out who she's working her magic on.
She's such a great writer I know everything she writes makes for a great read.
I'd definitely recommend this book either as a stand alone or as part of the series.
Such a sweet story of overcoming your pasts. Paris had bad experience with men except for her biological dad. It dented her self esteem and confidence . When her ex asked her to return his car within 10 days , she had no choice but to fly to California and drive it to New York. Her friend promised to help her but that plan fell apart. Now she needed somebody to ride with her. That is where Caleb steps in. He volunteered to ride shotgun with her. During their trip they gotten close. Can they get over their distrust and get their happy ending. You got to read this book. I enjoyed reading the story.
